Performance & Sculpture collaboration

Today we met at a beautiful location in Rye for a video and photo shoot. The weather came to the party as well as the low tide for the day.

Gabrielle New put her talent into a Butoh inspired performance for our delight in her home designed white costume to suit the single-use plastic assemblages that will be part of the our next exhibition BLEACHED opening in April 2019 at the Alliance Française Melbourne-51 Grey St, St Kilda.

Opening April 6th 3.30-5pm

All Welcome

Gabrielle will be at the Alliance Française on April 30th for a special and unique performance in front of the video made in Rye accompanied with music by Norman Skipp. The guests attending the event will also be treated to the screening of the documentary 'Murder on the Reef' by Allen Dobrovolsky followed by a Q&A with panel guests Pr Jeff Shimeta, Bay Keeper Neil Blake and Adam Mehegan sustainability consultant for the South Melbourne market.
